Timings assume you can supply existing copy and a logo. Waiting on words is the usual reason a site takes longer, and we will say so rather than absorbing it into a quote.

- Who owns it afterwards?
- You do: domain, hosting account, code, content and the analytics property. There is no platform you have to keep paying us to rent, and if you take it to another developer they will not have to rebuild it.
