AI advisory and delivery · United Kingdom

AI that earns its place in your business.

We find the handful of places where AI genuinely gives your team hours back or wins you revenue. We build them properly and hand over something your people can run without us. We also build AI-enabled websites that stop you losing work at the front door, from £1,000.

01

Start with the money

Every engagement opens with where the hours or revenue are, and closes with whether it moved. Ideas that cannot be measured do not get built.

02

Boring where it matters

Retrieval over guesswork, evaluations over vibes, an audit trail over a magic box. If a model answer would embarrass you in front of a regulator, we do not ship it.

03

Built to be handed over

Documented, tested, and explained to your team before we leave. No dependency on us to keep the lights on, and no subscription you cannot walk away from.

What we do

Five things, done properly, rather than everything offered.

Each one is fixed price, quoted after a call, and handed over with documentation your team can actually use.

01

AI Consulting

A short, sharp engagement that turns 'we should be doing something with AI' into a costed roadmap with two or three things worth building first, and a clear list of what not to bother with.

Details
02

Advanced AI Consulting

For teams who are past the pilot and need the machinery built properly: retrieval that survives real documents, tools an agent can call safely, orchestration you can trust in production, and the control plane that makes all of it auditable.

Details
03

Knowledge Assistants

A retrieval-grounded assistant over your documents, policies and past work, so staff stop spending the afternoon looking for the one paragraph they know exists.

Details
04

Workflow Automation

The unglamorous work that pays: documents read, triaged, drafted and routed without a human touching each one, with a person approving anything that leaves the building.

Details
05

AI-Enabled Websites

A fast, searchable website that answers questions and books enquiries, with an assistant that knows your services and escalates to a human the moment it should.

Details

Also sold on their own: AI Training Sessions, AI Security Reviews, Advisory Hours. Each is quoted after a call, and none of them carries a minimum term.

AI-enabled websites

A website that answers questions and books work. From £1,000.

Fixed packages, live in one to three weeks, with an assistant that knows your services and passes on anything it should not guess at.

Growth

Most chosen

£2,400 fixed, one-off

An established business whose website should be producing work, not a business card.

  • Up to 12 pages, plus a journal you can publish to yourself
  • Everything in Launch
  • AI assistant trained on your services and FAQs, with hand-off to your inbox
  • Private enquiry inbox with export, so leads are never lost in a spam folder

Teams who need the site to talk to their systems, or work inside a policy.

  • Everything in Growth
  • Integration with your CRM, forms, booking or membership system
  • Assistant with retrieval over your own documents, with citations
  • Access control, staging environment and an audit trail where you need one

How it goes

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

01

A call, not a form

Thirty minutes on what you are trying to change. We tell you on that call whether AI is actually the answer. Often it is a process nobody has written down.

02

Audit and costed roadmap

We look at the real workflows and the data you genuinely have, then put a number against each opportunity. You get a shortlist with effort, cost and expected effect.

03

Build one thing properly

One priority, built to production standard with tests and evaluations, in short cycles you can see. No six-month programme before anything is useful.

04

Measure and hand over

We compare against the number we agreed in step two, document what we built, and train the people who will own it. Then we get out of the way.

Where this works

Sectors we have the vocabulary for.

If yours is not here, it is usually fine. The method is the same and we will ask better questions on the call.

  • Professional services

Proposal and report drafting, precedent search, intake triage.

  • Legal

Document review at volume, with citations back to source and a human on approval.

  • Accountancy and finance

Client email triage, policy Q&A, evidence gathering. Audit trail throughout.

  • Healthcare clinics

Front-desk load and appointment administration. Clinical decisions stay clinical.

  • Retail and e-commerce

Product and returns questions answered on your data, in your tone.

  • Schools and trusts

Staff training, marking and planning workload, policy work. Safeguarding and pupil data rules written into the design.

  • Public sector and education

Policy search for staff, FOI workload, procurement with a documented evaluation.

Questions

The things people ask before spending anything.

Something missing? Email [email protected] and we will answer it properly, then add it here if it helps anyone else.

How do I know whether I actually need AI?
Most of the time you do not, and we say so. The scoping call is free precisely so we can have that conversation before you spend anything. If a documented process and a spreadsheet fix it, we will tell you that.
Where does our data go when you build an assistant on it?
That is a decision we make explicitly at the start, and it is written down. Options are a UK or EU-hosted model, a self-hosted open model on your own infrastructure, or a commercial API with contractual data protections. We default to the least data that still works, and we never train anything on client data without it being agreed in writing.
Who owns the work when you are finished?
You do. Code, infrastructure, domain, accounts and documentation transfer to you at handover. There is no proprietary layer you have to keep renting from us.
What does a £1,000 website realistically get me?
Up to five fast, well-structured pages with enquiry capture, search engine setup and analytics, live in one or two weeks. It will not include a bespoke illustration programme, a multilingual site, or an assistant trained on hundreds of documents. That is Growth or Tailored, and we will say which during the call.
Will the assistant make things up?
Any assistant can, so the question is what happens when it does. Ours retrieve from your own material and cite it, decline when the answer is not there, and pass the conversation to a human rather than guessing. We also test against a set of your hardest questions and show you the score.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes, remotely, with a preference for clients in UK or European time zones. Contracts and data handling are written to UK GDPR.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of fixes are included on Launch, ninety on Growth. After that you can take it entirely in-house, or keep a small monthly retainer for changes and monitoring. Most clients start with a retainer and drop it once the team has the confidence.
What if it is not right for me?
You have seven days from our first delivery to say so, and we refund the fees we hold. The 7-day money-back guarantee on the pricing page has the detail. In practice this almost never happens, because you see the work in progress every few days rather than at the end, but it is there so the decision to start is cheap.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Gladly. Plenty of our work is a week of groundwork and an evaluation harness your team then builds on. We will write the architecture note either way.
Can you run an AI training day for our school?
Yes. We run INSET and staff training days on what the tools genuinely save, and where a pupil's data must never go. Sessions are for staff; we do not ask for unsupervised access to students, and the acceptable-use and safeguarding policy we hand over is written to be adopted as-is rather than rewritten by your lawyers. Multi-academy trusts are priced per cohort.
Do you host the website you build?
Usually not, and that is deliberate. Your site goes on a mainstream host, often a free static tier, registered in your name, with your DNS account, and we set up the TLS certificate, redirects and backups for you. You get the login on day one and can move the site anywhere without asking us. Where you would rather not think about it at all, we look after the platform instead: monitoring, dependency and certificate updates, and restoring it when something breaks, for a monthly fee agreed in writing.
We already have an assistant running. Can you check it is safe?
That is the security review. We threat-model it as deployed, try to make it leak your data with prompt injection, read the vendor terms to see what is retained and what it trains on, and check the audit trail answers the question you will be asked after an incident. You get the transcripts, a fix list with owners, and a retest when the fixes are in.

Next step

Find out in thirty minutes whether this is worth your money.

A call with the person who would do the work. If AI is not the answer for you, we will say that and point you at what is.
